The ITC-Series is a preassembled open blow through counter flow cooling tower with centrifugal fan(s) located at the bottom of the unit and designed for installations where a low noise level is specified.
The towers are divided into a wide range of models in different executions with a nominal cooling capacity of 122 – 2.920 kW *
* Nominal performances at +35 / +29 / +24(WB) °C
These cooling towers can be manufactured in different materials, interchangeable and compatible with each other, to compose ac product that fully meets the needs and specification of the end-user regarding corrosion resistance and life time.
The towers are supplied completely preassembled and because of their dimensions and the separability of the bigger models, they are suitable for normal road - or container transport.
Fan section
Structure manufactured of galvanized steel profiles and and galvanized steel panels bolded together, Inclusive blow through galvanized double-inlet centrifugal fan(s) mounted on a transmission shaft and V-belt driven by electric motor(s) with protection - / insulation class IP-55 / F.
Motor(s) are installed on a strong galvanized galvanized adjustable support.
Fan(s) are protected by a galvanized fan guard.
Standard with external electric conjunction box.
HEAT TRANSFER SECTION
Casing made of galvanized steel profiles and galvanized steel panels bolded together.
and cladded with PVC-drift eliminators with a loss of < 0,005 % of the circulating water flow.
Water distribution system made of galvanized steel tubes with PPG anti-clogging nozzles.
Heat transfer filling package type FILMED 15-PVC, with a mesh of 15 mm.
Water inlet flange connection according to UNI EN 1092-1.
WATER BASIN
Made of galvanized steel profiles and – sheets bolded together and integrated into the fan section.
Completed with galvanized steel connections for water supply and overflow each 2” G (female)
Drain connection 1½ G (female)
Water outlet flange connection according
to UNI EN 1092-1.
