The GTP-SERIES are a preassembled open induced draft counter flow cooling tower with axial fan(s) and designed for the midsize - and bigger installations. Divided into a wide range of models for different applications.

The cooling towers are made in FRP to achieve a maximum corrosion resistance, giving a long-lasting live time in a severe industrial environment and/or polluted and aggressive water in circulation. Or you are just seeking for a high quality
The towers are supplied completely preassembled and because of their dimensions and the separability of the bigger models, they are suitable for normal road - or container transport.
Model GTP suitable for heavy industrial application and/or sea climate areas with in average a poor water quality.
Fan section
Equipped with induced draft light alloy high performance axial fan(s) with direct coupled electric motor(s), protection - / insulation class IP-55 / F, bolded on a support inside the FRP fan stack.
Each fan protected by a galvanized safety grid. Standard with external electric conjunction box(es).
HEAT TRANSFER SECTION
Structure is made of pultruded FRP beams of high thickness and cladded with FRP sandwich panels, including a big door for inspection and maintenance.
The structure does not contain any steel parts.
PVC-drift eliminators with a loss of < 0,005 % of the circulating water flow.
Water distribution system made of polypropylene tubes tubes with PPG anti-clogging nozzles.
Heat transfer filling package type FILMED 15-PVC, with a mesh of 15 mm.
Flanged water inlet connection according to UNI EN 1092-1.
AIR INLET LOUVRES AND WATER BASIN
Air inlet structure of pultruded FRP profiles with PVC air inlet louvres.
Basin made entirely of FRP complete with polypropylene connections for water supply 2”, overflow 2” and drain 1½ “ Flanged water outlet connection according to UNI EN 1092-1.
